- Write to us: info@hatoch.de with your order number and product
- Brief application details: Tell us the type of substrate or deep primer you used the product on and send us a photo of the treated area. This helps us understand if the product was suitable for the application and allows us to assist you faster.
- Return: We will send you a return label
- Refund: Within 2-3 business days after receipt of the goods
Conditions
- Return within 30 days of receipt
- Providing the type of substrate/deep primer and a photo of the application area are prerequisites for the guarantee
- Product at least 50% full (we want you to truly test it!)
- Original packaging not required
- We cover return shipping costs
- For low-value items (e.g., adhesive residue or glaze remover), we reserve the right, after reviewing the photo and details, to issue a direct refund without requiring a return – this saves you a trip to the post office
